What this is
GEOGLAM's Crop Monitor and the EU JRC's ASAP (Anomaly Hot Spots of Agricultural Production) provide global crop-condition bulletins integrating NDVI anomalies, soil-moisture anomalies, and ET deficits, masked to cropland. Published as web bulletins and downloadable data. License note: JRC ASAP data is CC-BY 4.0 (EC Decision 2011/833/EU) — reuse for any purpose incl. commercial, crediting 'EC JRC.' Note: the GEOGLAM Crop Monitor bulletins are a distinct consortium product; verify GEOGLAM-specific terms separately.

The US Drought Monitor is in the catalog. GEOGLAM/ASAP is the global counterpart — and it tracks crop condition directly, not just precipitation. Extends UFFDA's drought/stress view to every growing region.
