GFSAD30 (NASA / USGS MEaSUREs)
NASA's global cropland baseline at 30m. Public domain, no restrictions.
What this is
GFSAD30 is a NASA / USGS MEaSUREs product mapping global cropland extent for a 2015 baseline from Landsat. Distributed as regional GeoTIFF tiles via NASA Earthdata (login required). No restrictions on use, sale, or redistribution.
Why we surface it
Public-domain global cropland from NASA — clean for any downstream use including AI training. A stable baseline when comparing to current imagery, or a second opinion alongside GLAD or WorldCereal.
