FAO WaPOR v3 delivers remote-sensing evapotranspiration, biomass, and water productivity for Africa and the Near East at resolutions down to 100m. Accessed via API and the FAO WaPOR download portal.

WaPOR v3 is CC-BY-SA-4.0 at the catalog level, though some individual layers carry plain CC-BY-4.0 — check the specific layer before reuse. Both permit commercial use; share-alike applies only if you redistribute a derivative. Earlier versions (v1/v2) were CC-BY-NC-SA; v3 dropped the non-commercial restriction.
